Brett Arsta is the Executive Managing Director of PowerTPO, a company designed solely to support and assist Third Party Originators. A veteran of the mortgage industry, Brett began his 28-year career as President, Founder and Owner of AMS Mortgage. Later, he became a Senior Account Executive at Interfirst, a division of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, increasing volume from 20 million annually to 400 million.
Brett served as Senior Vice President of wholesale production for more than 18 years at Franklin American Mortgage Company (now Citizens Bank) where he led a team responsible for production of more than 3 billion annually. Most recently as CEO and President of Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation, Brett transformed GHMC from a regional to a national lender within less than a year, continuing to expand the footprint nationally, opening 5 operations centers located across the US.
He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing. Graduate studies from Millsaps Else School of Management and University of Dayton. He has obtained several advanced certifications within the industry. Brett has been active in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, AIME, Originator Connect, MAR, HBA, and the National Mortgage Bankers Association. He resides in Franklin, TN with his family.

Michael George is an accomplished professional with 25+ years of experience in the Mortgage Banking industry. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director for PowerTPO, a growing Third-Party Origination (TPO) mortgage company.
Michael’s profession in Mortgage Banking began at Countywide Financial Corporation, where he dedicated almost a decade of his career. Starting as an Account Executive, he quickly distinguished himself as a top performer among 450+ Account Executives. During his time at Countywide, Michael progressed through various roles, including Branch and Sales Manager, where he oversaw all operations for a center with monthly funding of $250 million.
In 2008, Michael joined Franklin American Mortgage Company, which later became Citizens Bank, as the Senior Vice President of Wholesale Operations. In this role, he assumed responsibility for the Western Division of the Wholesale Channel, overseeing all operational aspects. Michael played a pivotal role in building a national platform, contributing to the company's growth as a top 10 TPO Lender.
Prior to his tenure at PowerTPO, He served as the Chief Analytics Officer at Guaranty Home Mortgage. Michael’s educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas. Based in Dallas, TX, he resides with his wife and two children, maintaining a balanced personal and professional life.

Rebecca Donnelly Erb is the AVP Product Manager of PowerTPO. Prior to joining PowerTPO, Rebecca was a Product Manager at Citizens Bank, N.A., formerly Franklin American Mortgage Company. During her
18+ years at FAMC, Rebecca’s career covered many roles of the mortgage business. Staring out in the closing department as a Closing Coordinator, she transitioned into a Funder position and ultimately Underwriter Assistant. This experience enabled Rebecca join a team that lead the efforts to providing training and support for all of FAMC's regional offices and open their Pittsburg office, while working with
IT on all business requirements. She was also responsible for implementing training and onboarding processes for the Operations Teams. Rebecca then transitioned into IT as a Business Analyst overseeing third party integrations, website and LOS support. Finally, Rebecca was promoted to Product Manager where she led the efforts for enhancing processes for Wholesale with the help of technology. As the AVP Product Manager, Rebecca is using her knowledge and experience to manage all business development
aspects for PowerTPO.
Rebecca graduated from The University of Dallas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance. She resides in Wichita, Kansas with her family.

Libby Wolfe Baldwin is the TPO Business Development Manager with PowerTPO. Prior to joining PowerTPO, Libby enjoyed a multi-faceted career at Citizens Bank, N.A., formerly Franklin American Mortgage Company. Her 23.5- year tenure with Citizens/FAMC included the positions of Senior Account Executive, Regional Sales Manager and finally, Vice President, Sales Support Manager. Libby’s career spans over 35 years and her areas of expertise encompass many areas of mortgage banking including Sales, Sales Training, Sales Management and Sales Support.
Libby attended the University of Florida with a degree in Psychology. She has obtained several certifications through various industry forums. Libby is involved with several industry organizations. Libby resides in Pawleys Island, South Carolina with her husband, Phil, where they enjoy beach life.

John Garman is the Director of Operations for the closing and funding departments of PowerTPO. He has been in mortgage lending for 17 years, starting in 2005 with a temporary position in loan submissions at Franklin American Mortgage Company. After becoming a permanent hire, he went on to work in funding, closing, and then as the lead auditor for FAMC’s Emerging Mortgage Banker Program, a non-delegated correspondent channel of the company. He helped to grow that business to where it eventually accounted for 25% of the company’s total loan volume. He then was promoted to Closing Manager shortly after where he spent 7 years as part of the management team for the Texas branch of the company’s closing and funding departments, at one point managing a 24-person team of Closers, Funders, and Closing Coordinators which in 2019 funded $2.8 billion in volume.
John left a couple years after the company’s acquisition with Citizens Bank before ultimately landing at Power TPO, where he has helped to create the guidelines and process flow for the closing and funding departments from the ground up, as well as working to create guidelines for an eventual channel in the non-delegated lending space. John has a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University and currently resides in Keller Texas.

Heidi Turczynski is the Director of Operations covering the Set-Up, Loan Account Manager, and Underwriting departments for PowerTPO dba of Lower, LLC. With more than 20 years served in the mortgage industry, Heidi has held leadership positions with both bank-owned and independently operated mortgage companies. Heidi started part time in the industry during her senior year at Nova Southeastern University and worked in closing, processing, underwriting, and various levels of management. She has led teams focused at the regional level and at the national level for traditional loan products and propriety guidelines.
At PowerTPO, she works alongside talent in each department to deliver clear, concise, and consistent communication and common-sense underwriting decisions. Heidi works to cultivate a team atmosphere and empowers her team with training and guidance. Heidi has worked to create and develop the lending guidelines and resources to enhance the mortgage experience, by providing transparent guides and expectations for all PowerTPO team members and Partners. Heidi resides in south Florida with her family and golden-doodle, Wyatt.
