All Fannie Mae approved credit reporting companies or technical affililiates will be accepted by PwrTPO when re-issuing the credit through DO / DU.

The DO / DU findings must be fully released to PwrTPO if the findings were not run through the PwrTPO portal.
Our Seller / Servicer ID is 31121 (currently under PwrTPO).

If DO/DU was run though ARIVE, the TPO Partner may assign the findings to PwrTPO in ARIVE by selecting "Final" and choosing PwrTPO as the "Sponsoring Lender". The "Sponsoring Lender" must be added via the FNMA Technology Manager and cannot be added in ARIVE. See "Requesting Sponsoring Lenders" for more information.

The LPA findings must be fully released to Lower, LLC dba PwrTPO if the findings were not run through the PwrTPO portal.
Our Seller / Servicer ID is 187529 (currently under Lower, LLC dba PwrTPO).

If LPA was run though ARIVE, the TPO Partner must log into the Freddie Mac portal to assign Lower, LLC dba PwrTPO the LPA findings. This is not an option to do this directly in ARIVE.

Approved Credit Vendors: To ensure that your merged credit report can successfully be re-issued to Lower, LLC dba PwrTPO through LPA, please contact your credit reporting company or technical affiliate with the following information:

• Your TPO account number and confirm your assigned Branch Code with the technical affiliate (if applicable)
• Lower, LLC dba PwrTPO's seller / servicer number: 187529
• Ask if any reissue features must be activated
• If you are using a technical affiliate, LPA will require the user to identify the correspondending credit reporting company. Please confirm with the technical affiliate which credit reporting company to select in order to provide the information with the merged credit reports for LPA submissions.
